Most people don’t come to coaching because they lack awareness. They come because, despite everything they understand… something still isn’t changing.

That gap between knowing and doing is where I work.

If you’ve ever felt stuck in that gap, knowing what to do, but not doing it:  you’re not alone.

How I work

Posture hand

Using the EQ-i 2.0, one of the most validated emotional intelligence assessments available, we go beyond reflection and into understanding So that what you’ve been stuck in — whether it’s overthinking, indecision, or repeating the same patterns — starts to shift in a real, practical way. Not to give you more to think about… but to give you something you can actually shift. It’s not about more insight. It’s about understanding that leads to change.

My background

I’ve worked in high-pressure environments across the military, corporate Europe, and complex client relationships — where clarity, decision-making, and performance matter. I understand how capable people think — and how quietly they can get stuck. That perspective shapes how I approach every coaching conversation: with clarity, precision, and depth.

You might recognise this

• You keep arriving at the same crossroads • You understand yourself, yet still react in ways you thought you’d moved past • You know what to do, but don’t follow through • Something feels off, but you can’t quite see what it is If this resonates, you’re in the right place.

The meaning of Luna Sentia

🌙 Luna Sentia means the felt sense of the moon.

A reflection of the calm, light, and objective guidance I bring to every coaching conversation.

I created this space to bridge the gap between frameworks and meaning. In our sessions, science meets the soul; rigour meets reflection.

Clients often describe the experience as finally exhaling after holding their breath for too long.

It’s a space where constant doing slows down and, at last, you can see clearly.

That is the essence of Luna Sentia:

helping you return to alignment with yourself, so you can create a life and career that feel aligned, grounded, and fulfilling.

A little bit about my life story...🌙

I didn’t arrive at coaching through a straight or obvious path.

I started in a very structured world — a professional soldier in the Spanish Army, then law, then a career in technology across Europe in marketing, sales, and client management. On paper, it all made sense. And in many ways, it worked.

But alongside that, something else was quietly developing. I found myself drawn less to the transactions, and more to the people behind them — to the conversations that weren't just about strategy or performance, but about what was actually going on underneath. The hesitation before a decision. The tension in a relationship. The gap between what someone knew and what they were able to do.

I recognised that gap because I had lived it myself. There were moments where I could think clearly, analyse a situation from every angle, and still feel slightly out of sync with my own actions. Understanding something didn't automatically translate into change. That stayed with me.

Over time, that curiosity became something I wanted to understand properly. In 2021 I certified as an EQ-i 2.0 Emotional Intelligence coach — not just as a professional step, but as part of my own process of making sense of how we actually function. Beyond logic, beyond surface-level awareness.

What I came to see is that much of what shapes us isn't immediately visible. It sits in patterns, in emotional responses, in the way we interpret and react to the world — often without realising it.

There wasn't a single turning point. It was more a gradual shift in how I saw things — and how I listened. In 2025, I certified as a holistic life coach, not as a departure from everything before, but as something that brought all of it together: the structure, the analytical thinking, and the human side that had always been there.

I've learned how to operate under pressure when things are uncertain. I've learned how to think clearly in complex environments. And I've learned how easy it is for intelligent, capable people to feel stuck in ways that don't make sense on the surface.

So when I sit with someone, I'm not just listening to what they say.
I'm listening for what's underneath it, for what's not being said yet, but is shaping everything.

And that's often where things begin to shift.

That gap — between knowing and doing — is exactly where I work. When you're ready to look at what's underneath, I'll be here.
