Luna Sentia Coaching, https://www.lunasentiacoaching.com (“website”), which is operated by Luna Sentia Coaching (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) provides visitors information on the website subject to the following terms and conditions (“Term & Conditions”). The term “you” refers to any visitor, viewer or user of the website and/or any user of any free or paid program, product, coaching package, course or service of the Company (each, a “Product”).

By viewing, visiting or using the website and/or a Product, you indicate your acceptance and agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, which are hereby incorporated by reference (collectively, this “Agreement”). If you do not accept the terms and conditions of this Agreement, then please do not use the website or any Products.

We reserve the right to amend this Agreement at any time without notice to you. We will alert you to any changes by posting the effective date of the latest version at the top of this page, at which point any changes will become immediately effective. It is your responsibility to check for updates, as your continued use of the website or any Products after this Agreement is amended will constitute your acceptance and agreement to continue to be bound by this Agreement, as amended.

Description of Coaching

 

Coaching is a partnership (defined as an alliance, not a legal business partnership) between the Coach and the Client in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires the client to maximize personal and professional potential. It is designed to facilitate the creation/development of personal, professional or business goals and to develop and carry out a strategy/plan for achieving these goals.

Luna Sentia Coaching provides personal and professional development services, including the EQ-i 2.0 Test, one-to-one coaching, team coaching and related support sessions. These services are designed to support growth, they are not, in any way, therapy, counselling, medical, legal, or financial advice.

Intellectual Property

The website and its content and all Products, including but not limited to videos, coursework, training modules, photographs, sound recordings, images, digital content, material available as a free download, software, text, graphics and other material, are owned or licensed by the Company and are protected by copyright, trademarks (whether registered or unregistered), design rights, database rights and all other intellectual property rights afforded to us (“Intellectual Property”).

The materials, exercises, and documents provided by the Coach during a coaching engagement are their Intellectual Property. The Client may not reproduce or distribute without prior written consent.

No warranties

Your use of this website and any Products is entirely at your risk, as the website and our Products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not make any express or implied warranties or representations relating to the website, its content and our Products, including but not limited to warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement of third parties’ rights.

We also do not make any express or implied warranties or representations that the website will operate without error or that the website, the servers relied on, our Products and any content is free from computer viruses or other potentially harmful or destructive features.

Limitation of liability 

 

To the fullest extent permissible by law, the Company and our directors, contractors, successors, joint venture partners, shareholders, agents, affiliates, officers, employees, assignees and licensees, as applicable, shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, exemplary or other loss or damage, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, business interruption, use or loss of data or other intangible losses, which may directly or indirectly arise out of or be related to your use of or inability to access this website or any Products or your reliance on any advice, opinion, information, representation or omission contained on, or received through this website or any Products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages occurring.

This limitation of liability applies whether such liability arises from tort, negligence, breach of contract or any other legal theory of liability.

The Coach shall not be held liable or responsible for the decisions, actions, inactions, or consequences arising from the coaching process. The Client understands that coaching is not therapy and does not substitute for therapy if needed, and does not prevent, cure, or treat any mental disorder or medical disease. Equally Coaching does not replace medical, therapeutic, legal or financial processes.

The Coach shall not be liable to the Client for any indirect, special or consequential loss or damage, including:
1.1.1. loss of profit;
1.1.2. loss of goodwill;
1.1.3. loss of savings;
1.1.4. loss of contract.

Confidentiality 

 

All information shared within the framework of the coaching sessions will be treated with strict confidentiality.

The Coach shall not disclose Client data without written consent, except in cases of legal obligation or risk to their own life or that of third parties.

The Client optionally authorizes the Coach to use anonymous information for statistical purposes or to improve services.

Cancellation & rescheduling​

​

• Sessions may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the agreed time without charge.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session, or non-attendance, may be charged in full.

• In the unlikely event that Luna Sentia Coaching needs to reschedule, as much notice as possible will be given.

Data protection ​

• Personal data (such as your name, email, phone number, and assessment results) is collected solely for the purpose of delivering coaching services.

• Data is stored securely and never sold or shared with third parties without consent.

• You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your data at any time (in line with GDPR).

 

Client responsibilities ​

• Coaching requires active participation. Clients are responsible for their own decisions, actions, and results.

• By engaging in coaching, you acknowledge that you remain fully responsible for your choices during and after the coaching process.

Disclaimer ​

• Coaching is a collaborative process that supports growth, but results cannot be guaranteed.

• Luna Sentia Coaching does not provide therapy or crisis support. If you are experiencing mental health challenges or require medical advice, you should seek assistance from a qualified professional.

Governing Law​

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

Changes​

Luna Sentia Coaching reserves the right to modify Term & Conditions at any time. Any changes to Privacy Policy will be listed in this section, and if such changes are material, a notice will be included on homepage of the website for a period of time.
